JDM Programmer

For Windows only!

1. Download and install latest PICPGM found on this website, PICPGM.
2. Connect the programmer to the serial port of your computer.
3. Run the software
   • You can leave all the settings in default.
4. The programmer will be detected automatically if it is connected before running the software.
   • You can also go to Command > Autodetect Programmer to connect the programmer to the software.
     
   • Status bar at the bottom will indicate that the JDM Programmer is detected.
     
   • You can also click Log to check for any errors
     
5. Make sure to toggle the switch according to the number of pins of your PIC
6. To load your PIC properly on the ZIF (Zero Insertion Force) Socket, click here PIC to Programmer
7. Go to Command > Autodetect PIC to detect your PIC.
   
   
8. Go to Options tab and click browse to locate your HEX file.
   
9. Go to Command > Program to load HEX files to your PIC.
   
10. Just ignore this error.
